1. Overview. CrossCheck365.com (including all subdomains of CrossCheck365.com) (“CrossCheck”) is a website owned and operated by kReveal LLC (“kReveal”). This Data Privacy Policy applies to CrossCheck and to those other kReveal websites, services, products and applications that display or link to these terms. It does not apply to kReveal products and services that do not display or link to this Data Privacy Policy. CrossCheck is a knowledge platform that provides information, commentary, social features and other resources related primarily to the topic of standardizing the structure and content of contracts. We are not responsible for the data collection, privacy practices or policies of any third-party websites that we may link to or that may link to our websites. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of every website you visit.
2. Use of CrossCheck. This Data Privacy Policy and the CrossCheck Terms of Use set forth the conditions under which you may access and use the Crosscheck365.com website. 3. Information We Collect. We collect your personally identifiable information when you voluntarily submit it through the Crosscheck365.com website or other kReveal websites or services, or when you send us an email. For example, certain forms and pages may allow you to submit information such as your name, email address, or other information in order to receive information about kReveal technology offerings or for other reasons. When you choose to provide your information, you are agreeing to allow us to use your information for the purpose(s) stated and as otherwise described in this Data Privacy Policy.

4. Advertising; Ad Networks; Cookies and Tracking. Crosscheck365.com derives or may derive revenue from selling advertising space on the website.
